Roseville Eye Associates is thrilled to announce we will begin seeing patients for comprehensive eye exams, medical eye care, and glasses sales, adjustments, and repairs beginning Monday, May 18th. We have made some changes to our policies and procedures following AOA, CDC, OSHA and Minnesota Department of Health recommendations to help keep our patients, community, and team members healthy.
Here are some of the changes to our policies:
We have increased the frequency of cleaning high traffic areas and are sanitizing exam rooms between each patient.
We thoroughly disinfect all frames after they have been tried on before returning them to the board.
All services will be by appointment only, this includes glasses orders, adjustments, and repairs. We will adjust and dispense glasses at your car side whenever possible. Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing. Our office doors will remain locked at all times, please call us when you arrive, our team will let you know when it is safe for you to enter the building. Please call us to reschedule your appointment so that we may offer these valuable times to other patients who are waiting.
We ask that you come to our office alone. Minor children may have a guardian accompany them. Those in need of mobility assistance may also have someone to help them.
Masks must be worn by everyone for the duration of their time in the office. Please bring your mask with you.
We will screen all staff and patients for COVID-19 including checking temperatures with a non-contact thermometer.
Please use the hand sanitizer at the front desk when you enter. Please wash your hands/use hand sanitizer frequently when in our office.
If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms, please call our office to reschedule your exam: Fever, cough, shortness of breath, chills, headache, muscle pain, sore throat, or a new loss of taste or smell.
